Has there been a final decision as to whether the NetSpend card should be kept or discarded for use with Compumatrix ?

Unfortunately, the policies, terms and conditions of Netspend and Payoneer does not want adapt with what we require them to do and they do not want to deal with any virtual currencies. That is why we had Plan B set up. Keeping your membership with Netspend is your choice. You may continue to use their services or not.
